How to use
Shake the bottle well before use to blend the water-based and the oil-based phases, soak a cotton wool pad and sweep it gently over eyelids and lashes.

Water-based phase: includes humectant substances which easily remove makeup and dirt residues without dehydrating skin.
Oil-based phase: includes gentle silicones and esters that remove all makeup residue, even waterproof makeup. -
